Ladies & gents, iLL Camp would like to thank everyone who supported us this year. We thank God for all of our successes and appreciate the lessons learned from our failures. 2008 was great but '09 is mine. We claim it, believe it and will achieve it. Download this calendar and print it out. peace.
The iLL Camp crew recieved a much needed facelift on several of their MySpace pages. You can click the pictures or use the side menu to go to each individual page. Enjoy the music and be an iLL Camp friend, Tom is. :}
The second installment from R&S, Martial Law got the ball rolling for the rest of the crew. This album allowed Ill Camp to carve out its own lane. Filled with hard beats and intelligent lyrics some might mistake this work as militant but don't be confused. This is Hip-Hop with a message. R&S are just saying what some folks don't have the nuts to. Yo, get a load of this.
Yo people. This is Ill Camp's first release, The Arrival - "We came as captives but will leave as kings". It was actually released on cassette tape but was recently remastered to CD quality. This is a rare find so if you see this one, it is definately a collector's item. You can also see how R&S has grown from then to now. Enjoy.
Heads ain't ready for the skills we got! Whatup tho? Here is yet another installment of illness showing you how we do. It's a one-stop Hip-Hop shop when it comes to Ill Camp because we have all of our bases covered. From marketing & promotion, to production & editing, we get the job done, no complaining. We stand on our own two! We are really just giving y'all the business....
R.I.G.I.D. getting his pose on for the cover artwork of his solo debut "Second II None." Taken at Buckaloo Park in Lancaster, South Carolina, this was some of the first work that he and mainMAN did together. They would go on to be featured on each others projects until eventually collaborating on a joint double CD entitled "The Real Ill Musik." Look for it to drop Autumn 2008 with all the production credit belonging to Ill Camps beatmaster, R.I.G.I.D. and the two of them providing incredible flow.
Now most of the time when we are in the studio its strictly business but every now and then we just cut a fool. This particular day the beer was cold and the green was good plus DJ Spencer's crazy ass was in the house. This dude is naturally funny and I almost busted my gut laughing so hard. Part one is the making of a new joint called "How We Rock" produced by DJ Handz and it features mainMAN, R.I.G.I.D. & DJ Spencer. Part two is all about Spencer cutting a fool. Check it out and try not peeing on yourself...
It's a World Premiere!! The new underground video of main & Rig's underground hit "Back On That Bullshit" produced by The Alchemist. You can find this song on the promotional mixtape CD that will be packaged with mainMAN & R.I.G.I.D.'s official debut release, Da Real iLL Musik, dropping Fall 2008. We are just getting started with this video work because more sooner than later, we will have a video for damn near every hit that we got. So sit back, blaze one & enjoy this!
Just a little something to feast your eyes and ears on. This song is on R.I.G's Death & Taxes CD. It's called "The Official Type" and is featuring mainMAN. Enjoy but don't bite!
We are gathered here today to bring to you some genuine Hip-Hop heads who plan on giving you nothing but the realest of the illest in media. We are collectively known as Ill Camp and believe it or not but we hail from Lancaster, SC. But like my daddy use to say, "it ain't where you from, its where you at". Currently, we are the top of our game and making the best music of our lives.
